I have always been involved in the musical life of the church.  I have served many roles, including organist, choir director and handbell director in Lutheran, Methodist, Presbyterian, and UCC churches in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

I earned a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Redlands in California and a degree in K-12 General and Choral Music Education from UW-Platteville. I have taught K-12 music and choir, piano, and have accompanied numerous instrumental and vocal soloists and choral ensembles, as well as school and community musicals. I have also sung in various community and semiprofessional chorales.

My husband Larry and I recently moved to Aberdeen to be close to the youngest of our four children and are enjoying getting to know the Aberdeen community and the people of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church!
